Responsibilities:

• Develop interior, exterior, and wayfinding signage (and everything in between!) that adheres to the project’s style, theme and aesthetic
• Complete signage and wayfinding programs to assist with vehicular and pedestrian traffic, including marked floor/location plans.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers as needed
• Design unique and informative signage
• Decide appropriate materials and finishes for all designs
• Use new or improved materials in design to enhance performance and solve design challenges
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and safety standards (ADA guidelines)
• Research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of professional design experience, with references
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, and Corel Draw
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and fabrication processes
• Attention to detail and high-quality design execution
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, or related field
• Passion for the industry!

Responsibilities:

Manage all projects from beginning phases through installation, including:

• Submitting work orders, change orders, etc.
• Following-up on submittals to ensure timely turnaround
• Archiving project related documents and a keeping detailed job history
• Fostering relationships with the clientele and maintaining turnaround expectations
• Attending site visits and meetings, as required
• Performing preliminary surveys, as required
• Working with outside vendors and subcontractors
• Reviewing construction drawings and identifying sign types, quantities and specs(completing take-offs)
• Evaluating and revising project schedules in conjunction with individual project, manufacturing and installation requirements
• Closing out projects and invoicing
